Make a Commitment!

Have you ever made a new years resolution but had no way to be accountable for your commitment? Try this great web site to make a commitment to yourself or others. You can commit to losing weight, exercise regularly, quit smoking, running a marathon, or make your own commitment based on what you want to accomplish.

You can create long term or short term goals - Establish the stakes (monetary or otherwise) - Determine who will referee your progress (it can be on your honor) - and set up an individual or support group to help you toward your goal.

I have made a commitment as follows:

"Life Long Learning"

Contract Length: 52 week(s)
Contract End: Mar 07 2009
Recipient of stakes: No stakes

I commit to:
  1. Take the Web2.0 skills I have learned and use them in my daily teaching and learning.
  2. Provide students with the tools that will support and excite them about learning.
  3. Encourage teachers to take a risk by stepping into the land of Web 2.0 where they can learn new technology skill that support student learning.
If you would like to support me in attaining my goal please contact me and I will add you to my support list.

You can view my commitment by typing in the SEARCH FOR A GOAL - enter Life Long Learning. My goal number is (#8311).

After playing with the site I discovered that you will have to join (free) to view or support my commitment.
